The list below shows institutional investors and advisory firms who have declared to participate in the Korea Stewardship Code.
If you click the name of the companies, you are directed to the company’s website (or documents) detailing participation and implementation plans.
The list below is a good source of reference for retail investors and asset owners including pension funds and insurers to assess and find an institutional investor or advisor that is aligned with their investment philosophy and style. Asset owners may also use the list to read through the Code implementation plan and monitor actual implementation of the institutional investor they are contracted to.
- STEP 1 Disclose
- Institutional investors disclose adoption of Korea Stewardship Code on their website

- Intention to participate in the Code
- Implementation status at the individual Principle level and respective implementation plans
- Reason for non-adherence and alternatives
- The person responsible for implementing and disclosing fiduciary policy and his/her contact details
A company without a website may prepare a document detailing the above items and submit the same.

- Institutional Investors notify adoption of Korea Stewardship Code to stewardshipcode@cgs.or.kr

- KCGS makes listing as a participant
on the Korea Stewardship Code website -

It takes 1-2 business days until being listed as a participant.
Please kindly note that KCGS simply lists the website address and/or documents submitted by institutional investors and advisory firms who have declared to participate in the Korea Stewardship Code and does not check and/or guarantee the truthfulness of the content and the actual implementation. KCGS is not liable for any damages that may be caused due to the usage of the disclosed information.
